The first line of your story invites your reader anywhere! The opening tone offers much space for your reader to imagine and feel and think and then you take the reader someplace unexpected! As always, well done, Courtney!

Ah, ok, oh Brilliant One! Ok. Can you provide an example, say from other literature?

And I forgot? Is your point that this type of charactor can not be a positive character? If so, than the expample you just discribed I can not agree with, and I did agree with the previous comparison (let's not chat about all that negative again - uhg).

My point - Elizabeth Bennet - a literary character, fits example above and is a wonderfully independent!

I await your reply!

Ha! Yes, toss in those characters from the Disgaea series, and write on... This is great! "Disappearing Sanity," I love the title. Ok, my way above average Courtney....Where oh, where is the rest of this crazy tale?

Courtney, this is one of the best pieces you've ever written! wow! The patter of the words, the rhyme, the word repetition. The work has a beat. I like your poems very much. I wonder, have you ever thought of writing a collection of poems based on Anime?

Hey Courtney,

we'll before I start asking you a whole bunch of teacher type questions, and you start rolling your eyes at me - I agree, I've never understood how Bella's character can have a whole whack of complexity - my feeling is, if you read it into her character, it's going on in your life...

hey, that's an interesting point: perhaps there is no real complexity in anything we read... Nothing. Only what we bring to it or assume is there? hey... Maybe I should read the tags on my pillow cases and see if this still rings true..

ok, now for the questions... war? do you really think war, as in actual violance? why? how is her point about too much hate, not enough peace not valid? what if she was making a point about society? how does that compare to works of literature?

YOU are the Courtney-Original-Story (oh, stop rolling your eyes) lol. If fanfiction, even if it just hints at maybe, may feel like your forte, then get posting! We bloggers out here are waiting to read your work!
