Today we went to Double Shift Conditioning .I had fun on the spincycles We had to clim a hill for 5 mins then sprint 5 and then just go for 10 so we did it for 20 mins i made it 9.3km .then the drums alive was fun getting to play drums on a ball we had to move left to right from double to single hits ….IT WAS SO FUN

IT IS A GOOD BOOK!!!!! it is about a boy named daniel and his familey of jews when hittler takes over his familey gets split up and they start to die his anti gets shot in the head his cousins get taking away his mom dies at the end they take over the camp and there free when amaricans get there he gose to lodz with his dad where it all started they run in to trouble when his freind peter and daniel get beat up by polish and peter dies at the end his sister and mom and his freind peter die he finds rosa his girlfriend from lodz and him his dad and rosa live

As i stand there looking at this city there is nothing left people laying dead on the street’s
Building’s laying on there sides and destroyed nothing left people badly hurt . Child crying
and have no parents with nasty wound’s blood all over the streets just a very bad site to
see . As I walk to help a little girl. A building falls on her all I could think is run but I wouldn’t
move I wanted to help but didn’t know how to. It was not fun not know how to help or
what to do i was just scared so i helped just some people but I cant help them all then
next day i got off of Haiti to go home with that scary moment in my life

it was new yaers eve and i was at voltage..and i got punched in the ribs three times and at voltage they.. started a mosh pit and i got pushed and my face went off a light and then i got hit in the back off my head by someone i dont know then when i got home i found out my sister got hit with a bottle in the face and punched in the ribs to what a bad night…… oh….. and i didnt get home till 6 am
