I got to say the drums alive was pretty Great!,It was a a great work out.Although it was hard,It payed off.It was at the Double shift condiotining gym.In moosejaw,What we did was are firt class was a cycling class,And our second class,was where we pounding on excercise balls with drum sticks.

uhm,im exciting for the end of skool.cuz i hate skool.and im posative im a dudette.

       We watched a video in health today about body image,and talking aboutthe types of eating disorders.And that you should accept the way you look,And how dangerous crash diets can be.But I think its also important to be healthy.And be on a healthy diet.The video also talked about the media,and the adivertisments,and how basically all the pictures in magzines arent what they really look like.

I woke up opened my eyes and saw darkness, dust and a sliver of light coming about 20 feet away from me. I couldn’t feel any part of my body; it seemed only my eyes and ears worked. I heard faint cries as if far away. I remember the quake. My house shook as if in a blender and collapsed on me. I was the only one home at the time. My family had gone out for the day.
I am so thirsty, but all I taste is the grit in my mouth. I must have fallen asleep again, because I awoken in complete darkness, and the sliver of light was gone. I still heard faint cries, just not as many. I assumed it was night, because I didn’t know the time.
I fell asleep again, and awoke to a voice, calling out for survivors. Saying either to yell or pound on something to be found. I couldn’t yell, or move, my heart sank, and I fell asleep.

    I was driving along enjoying my snack of chips and a coke.The radio was on my favourite channel  Z99,lady gaga was singing Bad Romance and I was singing and rocking to the tune.The weather outside my car was warm,but cloudy.The  highway seemed good to me even though it looked a bit frosty with a slight blowing of snow across it.
being in to my chips ,coke and rocking to lady gaga I did not realize I was exceeding the speed limit of 110 km.i was going 120km,when all of a sudden it was if a hand reached out and slapped my car across the highway.It happened so fast my car flew into the ditch tossing and turning vioently.I spun around and around not knowing what direction I was going.In my mind I was thinking over and over again,im in the ditch.Im safe! When my car finally careened to a stop I was releived but shaking like a leaf.Fortunatly for me there was little damage to my car.My heart was pounding so hard it was beginning to ache.luckly for me I was thrown in to the right ditch because two semi trucks were just right behinde me on the left.I would have been killed!

My break was boring…There was nothing to do.The most exciting stop it.gosh ashley.ur so rudeee.!!!! NO I DID NOT KILL UR DOGG..bUT ANWAYS THE MOST EXCITING thing i did was drive around with my buddiesss.,DUMB CAPSLOCK!  ashleyyy quitttt itt!!!! ur gonna embarass me!!. The New year suckedd :/ ..likeee woooooooowwww ASHLEY!

         I can hardly beleive summer had already ended,I was having a good summer and it went to fast.But i was starting to miss my friends from school,  but i also met some new people over the summer.
I did alot of exciting things this summer,with my best friend.It was the Best summer ever!
