The End Of The Year Sum Up
well its almost the end of the school year so we were required to sum up our thoughts of what happend and reflect on our grade eight school year
the beginning of the school year started out as usual and was quite enjoyable for the most part we learned our usual subjects and reviewed our past knowledge. i was sent to the office numerous times for talking in class because thats just the type of person i am i learned a fair amount this year education wise and life wise that knowledge i will use for the rest of my life i learned lessons on financing and to not do that unless its very important but throughout the ups and downs grade 8 was truly a memorable year and i am now prepared for the next stage in life.. highschoo.

hello all as usual i have been keeping fairly busy with stuff around my place and just finished building my fence and i am also hoping the weather warms up for boating season and camping season i was out on the quad the other day and had alot of fun getting muddy but thats pretty much all ive been up to

hello everyone hope all is well. i have been busy doing stuff lately so i havent had a chance to make a post. ive been working around the house building fences and painting and other yardwork when i should be out enjoying the weather. in school everythings pretty much the same and boring as ever… tell me what youve been up to in a comment.

The Wild Ride
I am standing in my shop admiring the green and black paint on my newly acquired Arctic Cat ATV; just dying to take it out for a spin. I put the key in the ignition, turn it to the on position, push the button, and the engine comes to life with a mighty roar. The feeling of power and adrenaline is running through me as I sit upon the seat. I pull back the clutch and push the shifter into first gear and begin rolling out the door of the building.
I pull up to the road driving slowly to get a feel of all 400cc’s, and then begin making laps up and down the road the single lane gravel road; gaining more speed with every pass. For once, I finally feel invincible. I pin the throttle, rapidly switching gears from one through five while spinning the tires. Thoughts of being the best rider of an ATV on ice flash through my mind as my tires spin at incredible speed. The back tires as expected, kick out occasionally, but nothing too serious. I am still in full control of the machine.
I arrive at the steel bridge and make it to the other side, but I catch a dry spot with my left tire which causes me to go into a terrifying spin. I spin around five times. Each rotation makes me think, “Oh no I am going to die.” The feeling grows more intense with every second; my front tires begin steering me into a snowdrift containing the remnants of gravel and other road rubbish. I can hear the sound of my tires skidding and see the one lonely poplar tree as a flash. My hands feel the force of the handle bars trying to force the tires the opposite way. I catch a whiff of the premium gasoline fumes emitting from the exhaust during the whole ordeal. Then the tires take another unexpected turn into the shining silver guard rail of the bridge. Luckily, I am able to stop the possessed machine in time before I hit the rail. My sigh of relief comforts me as I sit on my machine sideways in the middle of the road. I swear for the rest of my life, I will never forget these awful ten seconds of terror.
My Holidays
over christmas my family and i stayed pretty much around home. christmas was as usual we opened presents on christmas eve i got an i pod touch a 22″ toshiba flat screen and a divix player, money and gift cards as well from the rest of the family so id say i did pretty well… i went into work after christmas until the new year to catch up on some lost hours… i didnt to to much out of the ordinary on new years.. so i had a pretty good holiday…. post about yours in a comment

Hello all. lately in class we have been doing the usual stuff like math, language arts, and other boring stuff…. in language arts we have been spending alot of time with writing stories. outside of school ive been doing my usual stuff as well, that envolves maintaining my yard and work. i work at a local plumbing/ rental store. i spend most of the time there in the shop servicing all of the equipment. also on the side i run a bit of a yard maintenence buisness. i have done that since i was a little kid…. lets just say it keeps me busy and tired out.
